We are working in partnership with Cranstoun to provide support for patients who are taking prescription pain medications, including opioids and other medicines used for long-term pain management.
The service provides personalised advice and support, helping patients understand their medications, discuss any concerns, and explore options for safe and effective use.
We have partnered with Wilson St Surgery to provide face to face clinics for POMS at their branch at Pear Tree. Get in touch for more details.
