Extended hours

We may also offer some appointments during our extended hours.

• Monday to Friday, 6:30pm to 8pm, excluding bank holidays
• Saturday, 9am to 5pm

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Accessibility and parking

Wheelchairs and step free access 

Step free access is available at all sites. Where there are consultation rooms upstairs, they are accessible using a lift. 

For patients who need a wheelchair, these are available on request from reception at all sites.

Disabled parking

• Disabled parking spaces are available at all sites, although there is limited availability. 
• Pear Tree: 3 spaces available 
• Chellaston: 2 spaces available 
• Coleman Street: 4 spaces available  
• Oakwood: 1 space available

Induction loops 

Induction loops are available at all sites for patients who are hard of hearing. 

Disabled toilet facilities 

Disabled toilet facilities are available at all sites. 

Assistance dogs

Only assistance dogs are allowed inside the practice. All other dogs must be left outside.
