Reed: Connect to Work
Connect to Work is a free support service that helps people access the support they need to move into work, or stay in work, while improving health, confidence and financial wellbeing.
We help residents who face health, disability or complex barriers to employment move into sustainable work through personalised supported employment and strong partnerships with community, health and employer organisations.
Connect to Work provides additional support that is distinct and additional to that available through Jobcentre Plus. It helps people with multiple barriers to work and/or a disability or health condition, using integration with other local community services.
It is for both people who are looking for work and for people who are struggling at work.
