In May, we had 760 appointment that were missed, resulting in 246 hours of appointment time that could’ve been used to help other patients.
If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Even a quick cancellation give us the chance to offer that appointment to someone else who may be waiting to be seen.
To cancel your appointment, simply go to appointments page or call 01332 271 212 and select option 2.
Please note, appointments that are cancelled less than 15 minutes before the appointment time will be recorded as a did not attend (DNA).
