    Healthcare assistant manager

    I am the lead healthcare assistant with many years of varying experience. I have been at Lister House for over 5 years where my main areas are general treatment room duties however, I have a specialist interest in learning disability reviews and infection control. My main activities outside of work include spending time with family and friends and I love a good book. 

  • Vicki

    I am an experienced HCA, I have been with this practice for over 2 years. My main roles are treatments room duties and I have a specialist interest in our carers project. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with the family. 

  • Jackie

    I am part of the HCA and Infection control team at Lister House providing routine health checks, blood tests, removal of stitches, dressings, ear irrigation, bp measurements, spirometry, ECG’s, vitamin B12 injections, flu, pneumonia and shingles injections. Whilst outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and cycling in Derbyshire.

    I am a healthcare assistant with experience in ear irrigation, ECG recording, and FeNO testing. I previously worked at the Royal Derby Hospital for six years, where I gained a strong foundation in patient care across a busy clinical setting.
    I am committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care and supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey. Outside of work, my life revolves around my little family, which helps me bring empathy and understanding into my role.

Care coordinators

Louise Battle

Care coordinator at Chellaston and Coleman Street

I am a member of the community support team and I am based at your practice on Tuesdays and Fridays. I offer friendly advice on a wide range of issues everything from practical issues like getting the right equipment installed at home to referrals to other services, dementia support, home safety checks and help for carers. I am employed by Derbyshire community health services and I am your link between all the different services and organisations. The overall aim is to keep people safe, happy and healthy in their own homes, for as long as possible and to avoid hospital admissions. Care coordinators also work closely with the community matron, who supports those living with multiple long term conditions. If you are a family member or carer and feel you need some extra help, support or information then I can help you too. I can be contacted through the surgery on 01332 700 455.

    Care coordinator at Lister House Surgery

    I am a member of the community support team and am based at Lister House Surgery working Tuesday to Friday. I offer friendly advice and support on a wide range of issues from mobility issues like getting the right equipment installed at home post discharge to referrals to other services or organisations, dementia support, home safety checks, Social Services/voluntary organisation too. Rajvinder is employed by Derbyshire community health services and is your link between all the different services and organisations in the City of Derby.
