Protecting patient privacy is a priority at Lister House Surgery. To help everyone’s personal information and conversations confidential, recording is not permitted in shared areas such as reception, waiting rooms, corridors, or communal spaces without clear permission.
Recording or sharing material that identifies other patients may breach privacy and could be unlawful. If you wish to record your own appointment, please speak with a member of staff beforehand so we can support you whilst protecting other patients privacy.
